Product-family drill-down. Four levels: family (Tag’d / Fidgets) → base style (#503) → color SKU (Pink, Purple…) → sales channel (TT, SFCC, Amazon). Use the carets, or the “Expand to…” buttons, to drill down. Tag’d rolls up all 300-series designs; Fidgets rolls up the remaining styles. SKU lines use the real product color; channel lines use channel colors. Holiday-weighted forecast: seasonality peaks Aug–Sep and Nov–Dec. Tip: click a column header to sort.

Method & notes

Actuals = invoiced units (InvoiceLines) under QB class 1010 Online/Retail, Jan-May 2026, lines >$5000 excluded. Three-level drill-down: channel -> base style -> color SKU. Base styles averaging <10 units/month per channel (Jan-May total <50) are removed from that channel. Forecast computed per SKU = (Jan-May units / Jan-May index sum) x monthly seasonal index, then summed up so each parent equals the sum of its children. Seasonal index from 2024-25 1010 invoice history (mean=1.0). Revenue = units x recent avg unit price. Sub-channels with no invoiced 2026 ecommerce sales (itCoinz.com, Oriental Trading) are not shown. Inventory is shared across channels and is not attributed per channel here, so on-hand/availability columns are omitted.
